Oula.One is a heart-based, musically-inspired, yoga-dance fusion class. This hour-long session is done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Completely choreographed to beautiful music, this class focuses on self-discovery and the stories that are held within our bodies. The breath, the music, and the movement all come together to soften the parts within us that have become hardened, and to bring light to the dark and forgotten places that have been easier to hate than to love. This class will nourish your body AND your soul.

I’m Adrienne – a mom of two, kindergarten teacher, gardener, and dance enthusiast. My husband and I spend our evenings and weekends making memories with our young kiddos and renovating a house; we are a busy family! I’ve taught Oula, Oula Power, and Oula.One over the last six years, through two pregnancies and the COVID pandemic. Oula has helped me create time for myself to dance, recharge, reflect, and feel good in my body. Teaching and attending Oula classes has supported, shaped, and changed me in all of the best ways and I know that I’m a more balanced and whole-hearted version of myself because of these classes. I would love nothing more than to share Oula.One with you.
