Our Liquid Motion® class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory, to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this 75-minute class, you will learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion® to build a foundation for floor work and wall work. The class is made up of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness.
- First, Register for the class!
- Grab a mat or blanket, wear your comfy clothes and bring your water bottle! Clear as much open space as possible.
- You will need a phone or laptop!
- Lastly, you’ll receive an email with the zoom link and a Spotify playlist 2 hours before the class begins.
Together, we will strengthen and nurture your feminine form together (AND have so much fun doing so) even at home!
